Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Partnership Director

to drive our B2B business development efforts in the USA, Canada, and other geographies. As the Partnership Director, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships with key business-to-business (B2B) entities.

This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in building and maintaining successful partnerships in USA regions and other markets. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of B2B sales processes.

Experience Level : 6 - 8 Years in IT Industry

USD 70,000 per year plus incentives .

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing/ International Business/ or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Proven track record of successfully developing and managing B2B partnerships in the USA region and other geographies.

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship-building in a business context.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.

Experience in contract negotiation and management.

Familiarity with HR Tech industries and markets.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Ability to work under pressure.

Hands on experience on any of the CRM tools - HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Zapier, Zoho, Marketo, Sendinblue

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Strategic Partnership Development:

Identify and evaluate potential strategic B2B partners for business collaboration in the USA, Canada, and other geographies.

Generate Leads through various channels for the partnership.

Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in potential partner organizations.

Attending HR Tech conferences/ events/ roadshows for generating business and company branding.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of partnership initiatives.

3.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements that align with company objectives.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in partnership contracts.

4.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align partnership activities with overall business objectives.

Provide strategic input and collaborate with internal teams to develop joint marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and other materials.

5.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential collaborators.

Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.

6.

Performance Monitoring:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships.

Regularly assess and report on the performance of partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Keep track on the performance of the team members.
