Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team in Mountain View, CA. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-5 years of experience who are passionate about communications, account management, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in onboarding new clients, conducting customer demos, and ensuring the success of our users.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products. Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and a strong start. Conduct engaging and informative customer demos to showcase the capabilities of our voice synthesis technology. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and contribute to product development.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and empathize with customers. Proven track record in account management and customer success roles. Ability to conduct compelling customer demos and presentations. Experience with customer onboarding and support. A passion for technology and innovation in the field of speech synthesis.
