Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced global Head of Electrical and Automation Engineering to lead our talented team in developing innovative electrical, instrumentation, automation, and machine control systems. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical and machine control solutions for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams, driving product development, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex engineering projects. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in electrical and controls engineering, and incorporate relevant innovations into our projects. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting efficiency, quality, and innovation within the electrical and controls engineering team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering; Electrical or Automation engineering specialty preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role within engineering, with a track record of successful project delivery. Technical expertise in electrical and machine controls system design, PLC programming, industrial automation and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety practices. Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Project management skills, including experience with project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
