THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Quality Assurance - Quantitative Modeling - Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain a quality assurance framework to ensure the output of the model validation team aligns with requirements detailed in enterprise model risk policies, standards, and procedures. Recommend solutions around compliance to Model Governance through reviews against internal policies, standards, and procedures and regulatory guidance. Manage coordination of quality assurance reviews and other quality assurance-related program elements across model risk governance teams and stakeholders. Apply understanding of relevant business context to interpret results, monitor performance, and assess risks, which may include the application of mathematic, statistical, and econometric techniques. Provide innovative, thorough, and practical solutions that improve business performance and support business strategies and initiatives. Oversee ad hoc quantitative analyses, modeling, or programming using SAS, SQL, R, or Python. Ensure model validation teams complete model validation activities in alignment with established company policies. Define and maintain comprehensive program metrics and key performance indicators. Build, develop, and motivate a high performing team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence. THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Skills and Experiences Excellent oral and written communication; experienced at presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. Desired Skills and Experiences Bachelor degree or equivalent. Experience in Governance and Compliance including interpretation of policies, evaluating compliance, creating and enforcing standards and controls, etc. Experience in Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc. Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action. Experience with reporting platforms, including Tableau, Excel, or PowerBI. Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R, or Python.
