Recommend solutions around compliance to Model Governance through reviews against internal policies, standards, and procedures and regulatory guidance. Manage coordination of quality assurance reviews and other quality assurance-related program elements across model risk governance teams and stakeholders. Apply understanding of relevant business context to interpret results, monitor performance, and assess risks, which may include the application of mathematic, statistical, and econometric techniques. Provide innovative, thorough, and practical solutions that improve business performance and support business strategies and initiatives. Oversee ad hoc quantitative analyses, modeling, or programming using SAS, SQL, R, or Python. Ensure model validation teams complete model validation activities in alignment with established company policies. Define and maintain comprehensive program metrics and key performance indicators. Build, develop, and motivate a high performing team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
