The Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring that workplace insurance products are accurately set up and maintained within the MWG Administrator's computer system. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and compliance of policy documents and customer correspondence templates. Additionally, the position involves maintaining a database of product availability by state, creating reports, and assisting management in preparing for compliance audits. This position does not have managerial or supervisory responsibilities and directly reports to the TPA Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain workplace insurance products in the TPA's computer system.
  • Ensure all policy documents and customer correspondence templates are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Regularly review and update policy documents and templates to reflect any changes in regulations or company policies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of product availability by state.
  • Create and generate reports related to product setup, compliance status, and other relevant metrics.
  • Assist management in preparing for compliance audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and accuracy of insurance products and documentation.
  • Conduct periodic audits of the TPA system to verify the accuracy and compliance of the information.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal teams regarding policy setups and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance administration or a related compliance role.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to insurance administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with TPA systems and insurance policy setup.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools for insurance administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with standard working hours.
