MWG is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Trainer & HR Coordinator to join our team. This dual role requires an individual who excels in designing and delivering training programs while also providing crucial support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint and MS Office applications, ensuring effective communication and streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Trainer Responsibilities:

Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs tailored to company needs. Focus on both soft skills and technical training.

Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads and employees to identify training needs and performance gaps.

Training Delivery: Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions, both in-person and virtually. Utilize various training methods and tools to enhance learning outcomes.

Evaluation & Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance metrics. Provide detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Content Management: Create and maintain training materials and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with organizational goals.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist in various HR functions including onboarding, orientation, employee records management, policy review and benefits administration.

SharePoint Management: Maintain and update HR-related SharePoint sites, ensuring information is accurate and accessible. Support SharePoint-related queries and issues.

MS Office Expertise: Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation. Assist with data entry, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation.

Employee Relations: Provide support for employee inquiries and concerns, facilitating smooth communication between staff and management.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a training role and/or HR support role. Experience with SharePoint and MS Office is required.

Skills:

o Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

o Proficient in SharePoint for document management and collaboration.

o Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

o Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPTD) or HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Experience with additional HR software or learning management systems (LMS).

Working Conditions:

Office environment with occasional travel to other company locations or training venues.

Flexibility to work on different projects and handle varying workloads.
