Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Trainer Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to company needs, focusing on both soft skills and technical training.
  • Collaborate with department heads and employees to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, utilizing various training methods and tools.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance metrics, providing detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and maintain training materials and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with organizational goals.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, policy review, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain and update HR-related SharePoint sites, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation, assisting with data entry, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation.
  • Support employee inquiries and concerns, facilitating smooth communication between staff and management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a training role and/or HR support role, with experience in SharePoint and MS Office required.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, proficiency in SharePoint, and advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Training and Development or HR-related certifications.
  • Experience with additional HR software or learning management systems.
Working Conditions

Office environment with occasional travel to other company locations or training venues, flexibility to work on different projects and handle varying workloads.
