The Claims Administrator will undertake a variety of responsibilities within the Claims Department at Morgan White Group.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Execute various check-related functions including runs, refunds, and voids.
- Collaborate with multiple departments and external entities for payment processing and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of claims and benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Regularly prepare and manage financial and compliance reports.
- Employ specialized software to confirm eligibility and efficiently input data.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the Department Manager as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED is required; higher education is preferred.
- Experience in data reporting and proficiency with spreadsheets is essential.
- Familiarity with insurance administration is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Windows, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Ability to excel in a dynamic environment with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to handle stress while maintaining confidentiality.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
