The Claims Administrator will undertake a variety of responsibilities within the Claims Department at Morgan White Group.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Execute various check-related functions including runs, refunds, and voids.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and external entities for payment processing and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Regularly prepare and manage financial and compliance reports.
  • Employ specialized software to confirm eligibility and efficiently input data.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the Department Manager as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; higher education is preferred.
  • Experience in data reporting and proficiency with spreadsheets is essential.
  • Familiarity with insurance administration is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Windows, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
