As a core team lead, the Digital Products Program Manager will lead the execution of key initiatives, with full responsibility for schedule, cost, and scope management. The role will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally to build next-generation digital offerings. Job Summary:

Portfolio Management: Oversee the full portfolio of projects within Digital Solutions – including budget, resource balancing, and managing the portfolio roadmap. Institute processes, policies, and systems for sophisticated program management and tracking. Lead and participate in leadership reviews related to program review boards, steering committee meetings, strategy, and financial planning. Program Management: Drive the execution and delivery of leading-edge innovations in the digital health space. Lead cross-functional core teams to deliver key product programs on time and within budget. Develop schedules, budget, and resource allocation plans for assigned programs. Work with technical teams, marketing, and cross-functional partners to make tradeoffs to achieve goals. Act as the cross-divisional liaison for assigned programs. Develop agile product development processes for quick and nimble project life cycles. Institute change and risk management for assigned programs. Present to and communicate with leadership within and external to Digital Solutions. Leadership: Mentor and coach team members to build organizational bench strength. Promote a strong, collaborative, and productive culture. Drive process and system-level improvements for best-in-class program management competence. Present to senior leadership, customers, and across the company. Job Qualifications:

Required Background: Technical (engineering or software) Bachelor’s degree 5+ years program management experience – medical device and / or agile experience preferred. Behaviors: Creative problem solver with an agile mindset. Takes initiative, drives innovation and change. Proven ability to manage to plan and resolve issues effectively. Polished communicator in written and oral presentations/discussions/meetings. Excellent reputation for building relationships across various levels of an organization. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Ability to execute with quality. Preferred: MBA or other related advanced degree. Experience in digital health technology, preferably in the health or medical space. Experience with data analytics, and AI/Machine learning. Experience in AI and data solutions, particularly for healthcare applications.
