**Job Responsibilities:**

The Sr Manager of Agile Delivery Digital Productions main responsibility is to lead the Agile team assigned to the Digital Transformation efforts, prioritize and plan work for the sprint ahead in partnership with the Sr Manager of Digital Experience and Operations, allocate resources and assign work, follow-up with stakeholders for input and review. Lead daily scrum stand-up meetings, weekly Elaboration sessions, remove obstacles for the team to increase efficiency in completing the work. The Agile lead collaborates with other scrum leads across the association to plan resources and work tied to strategic plan priorities. The Scrum Lead and Production Manager leverages expertise in utilizing ADA CMSs to build pages within ADA and tripartite websites, refresh/update content and components, review pages in workflow/approval process, and publish. This role works within the Agile team to ensure that the content produced is built to UX best practices, including proper tagging and taxonomy. This role also conducts training on use of ADA CMS and associated Digital Tools for staff who create and publish content using ADA CMS tools.

**Must Have:**

* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years experience working in web operations teams. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 12 years of experience in the field is required.

* 5 years experience working in web operations teams using enterprise scale CMS platforms.

* Expertise in leading enterprise Agile teams in web operations, applying agile best practices to optimize processes and output.

* Expertise in use of enterprise scale Content Management Systems (CMS) for web platforms.

* Knowledge of user experience best practices and accessibility standards for websites and mobile apps.

* Must have knowledge of Technologies used and integrated within websites to deliver user experience, such as Azure DevOps, CRM/AMS systems, Google analytics.

* Experience in user acceptance testing to prepare for feature and technology launches.

* Must have the ability to lead teams using Agile framework.

* Detailed mindset and ability to orient and organize complex digital ecosystems, managing hundreds of tasks and backlog items, organizing for action and completion by team members.

* Ability to develop business requirements based on stated customer and business needs and incorporating user experience best practices.

* Ability to collaborate across marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth communication, clear roles and aligned expectations for project goals.

* Trello, Miro, other Agile delivery tools as needed

* Sitecore Content Management System (CMS) or other Content Management Systems

* Site quality assurance/accessibility tool, such as SiteImprove

* Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or other digital analytics software

* Basic knowledge of email delivery platforms such as Adestra or Hubspot.

**Nice to Have:**

* Knowledge of SEO tools, such as BrightEdge and Coveo helpful

* Experience with Sitecore and/or Sitefinity content management systems.

* Previous experience working in a member-driven, health-care or science-related field preferred.

* Experience in leading enterprise Agile teams with multiple stakeholder groups.

* Previous experience working on websites primarily composed of written content (i.e., not just an e-commerce, image-gallery, or video-based website).

* Familiarity with review and approval processes for the creation and publication of digital content.

* Experience working in and leading cross-functional teams in large projects.

* Understanding of marketing segmentation and audience needs, as it relates to delivering on goals in digital environments.

* Preference for Scrummaster certification.
