Job Summary:

The Director of Brand Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that not only enhance our brand's visibility and prestige but also significantly contribute to our sales funnel by attracting qualified prospects. This role demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and business acumen to forge relationships that align with The Clubs values and market positioning. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating and executing partnerships that drive brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy that aligns with the company's acquisition objectives and brand positioning
  • Identify potential partners across various industries that resonate with our brand ethos
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring they meet our strategic, creative, and financial goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, member services, sales) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners, exploring opportunities for expanded collaboration
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of partnership initiatives, leveraging insights to inform future strategies
  • Leverage high-profile events and exclusive activations as part of the partnership strategy, creating unique, brand-aligned experiences that attract our target audience, enhance brand visibility, and directly engage qualified prospects, thereby funneling them into our sales pipeline through memorable interactions and tailored follow-up initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a related field within the luxury goods, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure partnerships that deliver tangible results
  • Strong network of contacts in relevant industries
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market and consumer trends
