We are seeking an experienced sales leader to assist in leading our sales efforts with a focus on our industrial market as we expand our unique services throughout the NWV Region. This position, in conjunction with our Sales Executives will help implement the strategy for the region and identify new opportunities while engaging and providing leadership, coaching, development, guidance and support to those responsible for growing and servicing new and existing accounts in our NWV Region. Position Summary:The Regional Sales Manager for our NWV Region is part of a team responsible for growing business in the territory, covering our entire range of product and service offerings with focus on those in the Industrial, Contractor and OEM markets. This position is responsible for assisting in the execution of the defined sales market strategies and supporting the team responsible for delivering field level execution. This role will work directly with the Regional VP of Sales in the professional development of our sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will assist the regional sales force in identifying and developing sales opportunities through partnerships with customers to better understand their business and develop appropriate solutions. The Regional Sales Manager works directly with the Regional VP of Sales to coordinate alignment of the sales resources to achieve the region's results.Position Responsibilities:Provides guidance and support for those responsible for addressing customer needs (from fact finding through proposal)Works with local vendors to establish relationships at the field level.Develops key metrics for the sales team to ensure the attainment of the regional goals.Coordinates sales activities - such as training, vendor promotions and initiatives.Provides development, coaching and mentoring activities with newer members of the sales team.Executes sales strategies to support overall regional objectives.Establishes professional relationships in specific customer accounts and prospecting new accounts.Coordinates the involvement of other company staff members to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.Assists KAM (Key Account Managers) in resolving any customer concern issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.Position Requirements: BS in Business or Engineering or equivalent work experience in either the Electrical or Industrial/Manufacturing industries4+ years previous managerial or leadership experiencePrevious experience in WW, WWT, Utility, Industrial AutomationDemonstrated project management experience to include review of complex legal contracts and terms and conditionsFamiliarity with B2B sales to industrial marketsTechnical competency in a broad range of industrial electrical components and systems preferredPrevious experience in electrical, industrial, and manufacturing industries is a plusStrong communications skills (both written and oral)Strong interpersonal skillsExperience with both ERP and CRM implementations.Ability to manage with a matrix organizationEECO offers a competitive compensation and benefit program.
