We are seeking to have a licensing coordinator join our team. A person who joins our team will have great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We value quality work, accuracy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Maintain licenses and permits nationwide, including primary responsibility for renewals.
Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems for applicable licenses.
Track received items and progress, ensuring that all sites are compliant with necessary licenses by conducting research and applying for new licenses as needed.
Cross-train with Licensing Staff on business license maintenance.
Build relationships across the company, maintain a metrics report for the Licensing Manager, and update procedural manuals.
Handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality within the Legal Department.
Ability to conduct research and apply for new licenses.
Qualifications
Database experience with License HQ or similar complex database
Proficient with Excel - data entry, formulas, and reporting
Experience with processing licensing applications or renewals.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Rancho Cordova, California.
Work Environment
Office environment - business casual. Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with some flexibility on start and end time.
