Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at SuperCare Health. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services to individuals with respiratory and respiratory-related equipment needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and select, instruct, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment and services.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and physicians to ensure seamless care.
  • Provide education and training on respiratory equipment and services.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Care Program (RCP) and licensed RCP.
  • Experience as a Respiratory Therapist, with a strong understanding of respiratory care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
