Job Description
This project manager will have their hands in many various marketing communications projects working for a large organization's internal digital and creative agency.
Organize, attend and help facilitate marketing project kickoffs
Develop project forecasts, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate all project activities across multiple teams and disciplines
Provide routine project status updates to all stakeholders
Itemize and track costs to ensure projects and executed on budget
Identify and escalate concerns regarding project scope, timing and budget, as needed
Liaise between various stakeholders and team members to help facilitate smooth, timely communication
Evaluate completed projects and facilitate close process; debrief stakeholders as applicable
