Our client (a marketing and digital agency) is searching for a project management expert to join their innovative team supporting a significant client as they head into their busy season. The right candidate will be a self-starter, have experience in marketing agencies, and be located in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area. This role is a hybrid contract position in Minneapolis, MN.


Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full project ownership and implementation from initiation to delivery for multiple simultaneous digital initiatives such as website development, marketing automation, personalization, technical implementations, etc.
  • Define scope, build, and manage budgets, and outline resource plans to align appropriate talent to the project
  • Create and drive sprint plans and timelines to ensure that key project milestones are met
  • Foster our client's culture, and guide the team to apply our client's principles in their work
  • Conduct stand-ups and status meetings internally and with clients regarding project deliverables and requirements
  • Continuously find ways to optimize workflow and efficiencies, maximizing the team’s effectiveness
  • Inform, support, collaborate and motivate team members to meet project goals and milestones


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of four years of agency project management experience that includes diverse digital deliverables
  • Previous experience managing evolving initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns that may include: overall customer experience strategy, marketing automation, email marketing, web design and development, management, digital marketing campaigns, SEO, analytics, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, detail-oriented, hard-working, proactive, hands-on demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability and desire to work directly with clients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment that will require you to re-prioritize and creatively problem solve through change often
  • Continued professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices
