Ensure safety processes are followed. Resolve customer complaints efficiently. Provide leadership to field staff. Inspect job sites for safety and quality. Contribute to department meetings. Collaborate with managers to improve efficiencies. Monitor and coach field staff performance. Provide technical support to field staff. REQUIREMENTS: Leadership experience. Problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to train and motivate team. Good driving record. Learn and train on scheduling software. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
