Currently looking for Lead Setters and Closers for our Rancho Office. ***100% Commission*** D2D Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with potential customers to understand their energy needs and present suitable solar solutions.
Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy, financial savings, and available incentives.
Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
Prepare and present proposals, explaining technical information in a way that's easy to understand to the Client.
Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Maintain relationships with customers and provide post-sales support as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, industry trends, and financing options.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, as a closer and lead setter.
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their specific needs.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
