Position Overview
The Logistics Operations Supervisor Trainee will assist in overseeing the management processes within our operations, contributing to cost efficiency, customer loyalty, and performance metrics.

This role requires collaboration across various departments, including Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management. Our training program is designed to be dynamic and encompasses all facets of our business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop essential industry knowledge and skills to enhance your operations and fleet maintenance expertise.
- Drive your career forward with opportunities for internal advancement based on your performance.
- Engage in customer relationship management by ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the rental department to maximize resource utilization while maintaining service standards.
- Partner with Sales teams to foster new business opportunities and improve customer experiences.
- Monitor operational costs and maintenance expenses, ensuring adherence to policies for optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely scheduling of preventive maintenance and effective communication regarding vehicle status.

Additional Information
- Flexibility to relocate within the business unit post-training is required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in customer service, particularly in issue resolution, is preferred.
- Prior leadership experience is advantageous.
