We are seeking a full-time _*Clinical Supervisor *_who will be responsible for creating, implementing and monitoring ABA programs. This role will conduct assessments and provide support to Clinical Program Managers. The ideal candidate will support, mentor, and train Behavior Interventionists, Parent Consultants, and Associate Supervisors.
*Responsibilities:*
* Independently create ABA programs and goals
* Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy when necessary
* Conduct Parent Consultation when necessary
* Supervise Behavior Interventionist and Parent Consultants 50% of the time
* Set and achieve performance goals with client and client guardian
* Write Regional Center Reports in a timely manner
* Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
* Conduct initial and on-going client assessments, by utilizing Love 2 Learn assessment tools (_ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland, FBA’s, and DAY-C2)_
* Work and lead in a team environment
* Complete employee surveys for performance evaluations
* Assist in staff development training's
* Participate in parent workshops
* Maintains confidentiality
* Works with integrity and ethically
* Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
* Demonstrates flexibility and possesses cultural awareness
* _High travel around the Orange County area to client homes, schools, or community-based locations._

* Eligible to sit for the BCBA exam and/or finishing BCBA supervision hours.
* Excellent verbal communication with staff and families.
* Proficient writing skills.
* Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and mentor others.
