to join our team. This is a hybrid position.

About the role:

This position will play a strategic role supporting the financial strategy of Premise’s product suite as well as supporting annual budget and forecasting activities for assigned products. They will serve in many different functions of financial analysis including pricing, budgeting, reporting, contract management, and interact with many levels of the organization while supporting the Finance leadership in a team environment.

Job Requirements:

Support product analysis, new product pricing creation, and review of current go-to-market price points. Responsible for budgeting of assigned products Create annual budget projections Monthly analysis of performance to budget Monitor and adjust budget forecasts to align with actual performance Responsible for financial P&L oversight of assigned products and driving profitability by: Supporting client budget/contracting conversations Identifying and reducing non-billable expenses Work with Product Owners to identify efficiencies Serve as finance SME to product owners. Responsible for all feasibility proposals for assigned products. Works with Sales, Operations, and Product SMEs to create proposals. Execute Return On Investment (ROI) analysis where applicable. Lead meetings with internal partners to gather data and present results Support creation of product level reporting for Product Owners Maintain and communicate Product Financial Guardrails for Finance Team. Maintain DPM cube and consult with HR/Product Owners on staffing approvals Special Projects - As needed by Finance Director and VP of Finance.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree – Finance or related field.

Experience:

3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial, management consulting, healthcare strategy, or investment banking role. Healthcare experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience creating, tracking, and controlling financial actual and forecasts metrics Knowledge of systems and reports to secure reliable data needed to create pricing scenarios ensuring they are complete in accordance with defined service levels in order to meet internal and external customer requests. Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, PowerPoint, and advanced skill level in Excel) and preferably some SQL and Qlik experience Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines accordingly High degree of sensitivity and discretion in working with confidential information, required Experience presenting to senior leadership Excellent analytical, organization and communication (both written and verbal) skills with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management to clearly present recommendations and summarize complex issues Ability to develop Excel/PowerPoint presentations, on an ad hoc basis, for senior management, in an environment demanding both accuracy and speed
