We are seeking a skilled professional to support budget planning and provide backup for current Senior Financial Analysts across various service lines. This position has the potential for a transition from temporary to permanent employment.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid model: In-office on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and remote work on Tuesday and Friday.
Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst role focuses on assisting the Hospital Based Physicians (HBP) service line within the Physician Services Group (PSG). Key responsibilities include delivering precise financial analyses, collaborating with the HBP Controller, and executing other assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee weekly operational forecasts
- Collaborate with HBP operations leadership for monthly reporting
- Assist in creating tools for revenue and collection strategies
- Gain familiarity with PSG revenue cycle regulations
- Produce reports for new locations or market entries
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Generate ad hoc reports utilizing various platforms
- Support reconciliation of practice accounting and billing systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- CPA designation preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in financial or accounting positions
