Position Overview:

This role can be based in either our New York or Edgewood locations. Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pricing strategy for new products and collaborate with Product Management and Sales on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Enhance existing pricing strategies and models in response to evolving business conditions and competitive dynamics.
  • Drive strategic pricing and financial initiatives to assess the impact of potential regulatory and market changes.
  • Break down complex inquiries into manageable questions and present findings in a compelling narrative.
  • Work closely with sales leaders on intricate deals and client transactions, including strategies for client renewals and long-term planning.
  • Establish pricing governance within the ICS segment, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proven project management and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Management Consulting, Financial Services, or Financial Technology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $120,000, commensurate with experience. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location.
  • Annual Bonus: 10%.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, life, and vision insurance. 401k with matching contributions, parental leave, and additional benefits.
