Position: HR Administrative Assistant
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The HR Administrative Assistant will perform various accurate, highly confidential, and
administrative duties in assisting the Human Resources department while exhibiting exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, multi-tasker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position will focus on Time & Attendance, Accounts Payables, and Accounts Receivable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for Time & Attendance in ADP
•Accounts Payable invoicing
•Accounts Receivable invoicing
•Assistance with job fair preparation
•Coordination of marketing material
•Perform other duties and special project(s) as assigned by leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
•High school diploma or GED
•2-3 years of experience
•ADP Workforce Now experience
•Experience using Oracle
•Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
•Proficient in time management
•Proficient in Microsoft Office
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to effectively work independently and within a team setting
•Ability to handle confidential and time sensitive information
•Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
•Typical in-office environment
•Low to moderate noise level
