We are seeking a friendly, bright, energetic, professional, and competent person with a passion for providing exceptional customer service to join our administration team in a key support role.

The role:

Involves responsibility for all aspects of our reception area, meeting and greeting clients in person and on the phone, making appointments and ensuring that all important first impression is a positive one.

Administration tasks including, maintenance of our client and documents database,

Assisting the practice manager and trust accountant in their day to day work,

For the right person, could develop to financial management, business compliance, and/or human resources responsibilities as well as giving you an introduction to legal practice.

This position is perfect for someone motivated to grow their skill and knowledge base and the role with that. We offer full training in all areas of your work.

The ideal candidate will also have:

Experience in a busy office environment with a focus on managing a number of responsibilities

A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and an ability to pick up new computer systems,

A cheerful personality and an enthusiastic, can-do approach to all tasks, no matter how big or small,

An ability to prioritise and work to varying deadlines.

Great communication skills (verbal and written) and an eye for detail resulting in accurate work.
