The Front Desk Agent is the heart and soul of our guest experience. You will be the first and last person to greet our guests and ensure that they have a great experience. 

Flexible hours available. We do our best to balance your work and personal schedule and understand the importance of family time. Availability to work some weekends and holidays required to ensure all team members can enjoy a proper work life balance.

Job Requirements
  • Greet guests with an infectious smile and welcoming spirit
  • Check guests in, Check guests out
  • Keep Lobby area clean, sanitized, and inviting
  • Cash Handling 
  • Answer phones, transfer calls
  • Take reservations
  • Learn other departments, assist when needed
