You will: Develop a strategic plan for evolving the ATS to improve the recruiter experience, compliance, and organizational efficiency. Manage ATS change process from scoping to testing to recruiter education and change management. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of recruiting operations with partner teams’ goals. Lead a team of recruiting operations specialists to deliver high-quality support to recruiters and other stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement efforts with a consistent focus on efficiency and compliance.
