Main responsibilities include:

* Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement events.* Develop Continuous Improvement roadmap for the business.* Implement manufacturing critical KPI's and drive corrective actions.* Utilize TAKT time to develop line balancing strategies for the factory.* Develop manufacturing Continuous Improvement program and strategic roadmap.* Drive VSM to identify waste and execute facility layout changes.* Train and influence employees in Lean and Six Sigma Tools.* Drive Continuous Improvement culture across the organization.* Identify waste areas across the business and lead projects to eliminate.* Be the driver for Operational Excellence and 6S program.* Standardize Continuous Improvement of training and tools (Project Charter, Problem Solving, VSM, Kaizen Report Outs, etc.)* Support Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Business Management Systems (BMS) tasks.

Education level:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, Masters Degree preferred.* LEAN Leader Certification (Lean/Six Sigma Certification is a plus)* Six Sigma Certification is preferred

Relevant Previous experience:

* 5+ years' experience Leading & Facilitating Kaizen Events and Continuous Improvement Events.* Experience on Developing and Leading Continuous Improvement Roadmap.* Strong knowledge in LEAN tools such as VSM, Kaizen, Kanban, JIT, etc.* Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Techniques (Root Cause Analysis, Mitigation/Corrective Actions, A3, 8D)

Other requirements:

* Strong Leadership, Mentoring and Communication skills.* Be able to influence and lead change around the organization.* Thrive on being in a high-performance work team environment.

Knowledge areas:

* Practical knowledge Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing concepts* Facility layout planning in CAD* Process Mapping and Value Stream Mapping* Problem Solving Techniques* Microsoft SharePoint 365 - advanced (preferable)
