Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Facilities & Budgeting Pro:

    • Assist the Technical Services VP and Hotels Director in hotel maintenance, budgeting, and managing recreation features, pools, spas, playgrounds, patios, and more.

  • Team Leader:

    • Manage and supervise a team of 12+ employees.
    • Interview, select, train, and coach your team.
    • Provide ongoing supervision, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
    • Create schedules and approve time-off requests.

    • Work with management and quality control to resolve maintenance issues and recommend improvements.

  • Maintenance Master:

    • Follow established maintenance programs, including emergency repairs to minimize downtime in attractions and facilities.
