Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and business unit leaders, serving as a key advisor on all talent management and HR matters.
- Consultative Expertise: Leverage advanced analytical skills and deep HR knowledge to diagnose business needs, recommend strategic solutions, and navigate complex people-related challenges.
- Business Impact: Align HR initiatives with overall business strategy, ensuring HR programs directly contribute to achieving company goals.
- Leadership Development: Partner with leaders at all levels to coach and develop their people management capabilities, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Change Champion: Champion HR transformation initiatives, effectively communicating changes and gaining buy-in from stakeholders across the organization.
- Metrics & Measurement: Develop and track HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs, demonstrating the positive impact of HR on the bottom line.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging HR trends and best practices, continuously seeking new ways to improve and add value to the organization.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HRBP experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
- A seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of success in a business partnering role.
- Possess exceptional consultative skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade senior leaders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships at all levels.
- Passionate about HR and its role in driving business success.
