About the Role

This position is a key member of the finance organization, partnering with business leaders and operations teams to support, model, and improve the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and develop effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Insights and Recommendations: Provide timely, accurate, and actionable information required to manage the business and support brand development initiatives.
  • Financial Modeling: Create financial models that reflect the business model, assumptions, and targets laid out for business initiatives.
  • Business Metrics and Reporting: Develop, analyze, report, and present business metrics and recommendations as needed.
  • Operating Budget and Forecasting: Assist in the development of the annual Operating Budget and monthly forecast reviews of brands within the Consumer Care New Growth business.
  • Process Improvement: Lead integrated, efficient processes for budgeting and forecasting across the brand team and identify and incorporate efficiencies and related cost savings for the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop recommendations.
  • FP&A Experience: At least three years of related FP&A experience.
  • IFRS Requirements: General understanding of IFRS requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills with basic skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, as well as experience with financial systems, analytical tools, and implementation of business performance management tools.
