Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and Welcoming:
Greet all clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Phone Handling:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner, taking messages as necessary.
Visitor Management:
Manage visitor sign-in, issue visitor badges, and notify employees of visitor arrivals.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.
Clerical Support:
Perform basic clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Security Compliance:
Ensure security procedures are followed for all visitors and guests.
Maintenance of Reception Area:
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
