LHH is currently partnering with a nonprofit organization in the Baltimore, MD area looking to bring on Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to support recruitment efforts. This is a temp to hire opportunity, where you will work onsite three days a week. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and Haitian Creole. Job Title: Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator Location: Baltimore, MD (Onsite 3 days a week) Employment Type: Temp to Hire Compensation: $23 - $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews. Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms. Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview materials and ensure smooth communication between all parties. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and background checks are completed. Provide support to new hires during their initial period, addressing any concerns or questions. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist with various administrative tasks, including report generation and data entry. Language Support: Provide translation and interpretation services for Spanish and Haitian Creole speaking candidates. Assist with creating bilingual recruitment materials.

Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Spanish and Haitian Creole. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR coordinator role. Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools is a plus. Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
