**OVERVIEW**

Performs general administrative tasks supporting vendor and product selection, pricing and promotion and Oracle product set-up. This position requires close communication and engagement with vendors, photography, E-commerce and TV merchant teams. Strong project-management emphasis.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

* Execute item set up, data entry and management of product detail for organizational use

* Product sample ownership, order, timely delivery, and expertise of product attributes

* Serve as a resource for the coordination, execution and communication of overall product information and detail for: Customer Service, Media Production and Programming, Marketing and Legal

* Communication and execution of product level information with vendors

* General administrative tasks for category and team

* Support inventory purchase order process through data entry, maintenance, and tracking

* Communication and partnership with internal teams

* Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**

* Bachelors Degree in Merchandising or equivalent experience required

* 1+ years of experience in retail required

* Previous experience in a merchandising department preferred

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Positive attitude and ability to demonstrate flexibility

* Organized and detail oriented

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Strong retail background and recognition of product features and benefits
