**OVERVIEW**

J.W. Hulme is looking for an energetic, service focused Client Experience Associate to create an exceptional customer experience and become a brand ambassador for J.W Hulme. This dynamic individual will be responsible for maintaining an excellent client experience through completion of customer service duties, policies, and procedures in store and over the phone. Answering client inquiries/selling product through exceptional product and brand knowledge. Maintaining the cleanliness and displays of the store, merchandising, working with customers and offering outstanding customer service daily.

**LOCATION: Galleria Mall in Edina, MN & Saint Paul, MN**

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

* Opening and closing the store

* Assist in-store customers with premier customer service

* Assist customers with sales via phone and online services

* Maintain up to date documentation of product repair process

* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the store

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-store

* Point of Sale transactions and assisting with in-store/online returns

* Merchandise and maintain store displays daily

* Assisting in inventory input, organization and tracking

* Serve as a resource for the coordination, execution, and communication of overall product information and detail for: Customer Service, product knowledge, company history

* Communication and partnership with internal teams

* Performs other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**

* Visual Merchandising experience a plus

* Prior retail experience focused on customer service (1yr minimum)

* Experience with Shopify is a plus

* Ability to establish strong rapport with customers- connect, create and build relationships with frequent customers

* Demonstrate leadership skills

* Proficient and adept in technology and office suites

* Ability to multitask

* High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability; specifically, the ability to work as a self-starter

* Eager to learn about the many fields of retail business

* Able to work well independently and in team setting

* Articulate, mature, personable, and professional

* Punctual, reliable, and honest

* Open to working in St Paul and Edina locations

* Able to work weekends

* High School diploma or higher education required
