As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for pet owners seeking urgent assistance. Apply now and be a part of our mission to provide compassionate care to every furry friend that walks through our doors Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role: Providing empathetic and reassuring support to distressed pet owners over the phone and in person. Collecting accurate information from pet owners to assist our veterinary team in providing prompt and effective care. Managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Ensuring accurate patient and client information in our system, including checking patients in and out, processing payments, and maintaining records. Coordinating the sending and receiving of records from local clinics to facilitate seamless patient care. Collaborating closely with our veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care. Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to the emotional needs of pet owners during difficult situations. This is not a complete list of job duties; some tasks may be assigned or reassigned as policies and procedures change*Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting. Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Passion for animals and commitment to providing the highest level of care and support. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
