- Dispatch and Logistics: Serve as a dispatch service for lab couriers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of laboratory samples.
- Training and Development: Serve as a trainer and role model for new staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful onboarding.
- Area-Specific Support: Perform area-specific support activities to ensure seamless laboratory operations.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or customer service setting.
- Licensure: None required.
This is a primarily sedentary role involving extensive use of desktop computers. Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings and programs.
