The Regional Sales Director is responsible for delivering aggressive revenue targets in the assigned region through execution of key sales activities. Candidate will be assuming responsibility for developing a large customer base. The regional sales team is focused on driving profitable sales growth in a defined geographic region targeting service agent companies and end-user/operators within the assigned territory. This position is tasked with identifying and securing potential partnerships through understanding and defining the specific customer parts needs and presenting value propositions driving profitable growth. Continuously positioning Marcone CKG for operational success. Not only working with the customers but communicating and monitoring internally ensuring the highest levels of operational execution.

The Regional Sales Director will be expected to travel to our Western U.S locations on a a regular and consistent basis. It is important for the Regional Sales Director within an hour of an international airport.

Who are we?

The Marcone Commercial Kitchen Group (CKG) is a business unit within the leading supplier of appliance parts, HVAC Equipment, Pool, and Plumbing products. The Commercial Kitchen Group is focused on distributing original equipment parts to foodservice operators in partnership with the leading manufacturers and service providers. Marcone CKG provides value to the manufacturers and service providers enabling optimal equipment up-time for operators at the lowest total costs.

What you will be doing?

  • Manages regional territories with clearly defined sales plans, targets, and timelines
  • Develops and manages Service Techs, chains, and other accounts
  • Presents and communicates Marcone CKG value propositions
  • Aligns with OEM strategies, Customer Integration, and Customer Service supporting operational excellence
  • Serves as the first point of escalation after customer service
  • Maintains knowledge and competency in all the OEM Foodservice Equipment parts brands and products
  • Continuously monitors and communicates industry and competitive activities including pricing, programs, services, acquisitions, etc.
  • Represents Marcone Commercial Kitchen at all regional and local industry and customer specific events
  • Maintains accountability and support for any accounts receivable issues
