Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Brand Insight:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of client brands and diseases, harnessing social media to benefit Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) audiences.

Integrated Approach:

Leadership Role:

Lead status meetings, serve as a team lead, and oversee campaign reviews while delegating tasks across junior staff.

Calendar Ownership:

Manage the paid social calendar, orchestrating promotional strategies across all social channels.

Education & Thought Leadership:

Educate clients and partner agencies on social media best practices, contributing to thought leadership efforts.

Regulatory Awareness:

Stay updated on FDA regulations and processes relevant to social media in the pharmaceutical space.

Innovation Drive:

Recommend adjusted messaging, placements, or strategies based on in-depth social analysis to enhance client engagement.

Analytical Insight:

Utilize social analytics tools, including native reporting resources like Facebook Ads Manager, to drive performance improvements.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure error-free ad launches, providing guidance and supervision to your team.

Continuous Evolution:

Explore and innovate, discovering new ways for clients to engage their audience via social media.

Mentorship Contribution:

Contribute to the mentorship of junior team members, guiding them through challenges and fostering professional growth.

What You Bring:

4+ years of impactful experience in paid social, with a proven track record of success.

A background in agency or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.

Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking prowess, and a knack for workplace etiquette.

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.

A thirst for knowledge and a commitment to staying ahead in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
