Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for assigned clients, staying up-to-date on market trends and industry developments.
  • Lead a team of social media analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop into full-stack social media marketers.
  • Partner with the insights and analytics team to create and define measurement plans, utilizing data to inform social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with the predictive analytics team to leverage native language processing of social media data to predict content and behavior analysis opportunities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of social campaigns for clients, ensuring best-in-class execution and results.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry developments, including FDA regulations and processes, to ensure our clients' social media efforts are compliant and effective.
  • Develop thought leadership pieces showcasing your and CMI's expertise in the social media space, positioning our company as a leader in the industry.
  • Work closely with creative and PR agencies to adjust messaging based on social analysis, ensuring seamless integration across channels.
  • Utilize social analytics tools to analyze content promotion efforts and adjust strategies as needed, driving continuous improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of social media experience, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Natural leadership skills, with the ability to articulate strategies thoughtfully and to the point.
  • Strong business and leadership skills, with the ability to make independent decisions affecting the daily operations and management of campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing a team of direct reports, consisting of junior, senior, and leadership staff.
  • Ability to create, grow, and expand relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex social media strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to make recommendations based on statistically significant data sets.
  • Industry knowledge and experience, with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
