Job Duties -

• Receiving support requests via phone calls. • Opening support tickets within the ServiceNow ticketing system. • Troubleshooting a wide range of IT support needs. • Documenting issues. • Completing required support work. • Updating and closing out tickets."

Job Requirements -

• High efficiency and work ethic required. • Experience with Windows 10 operating system and Microsoft Office products. • Experience with any ticketing system is required, and with ServiceNow is a great positive. • Customer ""requests"" that candidates have very clear spoken English • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain high levels of client trust and confidence."

Desired Skills & Experience - "• College degree preferred. • Previous experience within an IT service desk. • Job requires outstanding communication and customer service skills. • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve issues are key to success in this role. • Candidates should be able to work quickly through repetitive calls around the various technology subjects."
