As a member of our team you will be responsible for delivery of the prescribed service solution to our clients in a professional manner highly focused on the customer experience and aligned with client’s objectives. A Level 01 Customer Service Agent is responsible for ensuring customers receive service excellent both verbally and in written communication. Essential Functions: Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to patient’s Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services Make product and service suggestions to meet the patient’s specific needs Field incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages from patient’s Promptly respond to patient’s questions submitted via email or our website Answer patient’s questions and provide information to resolve any issues Obtain necessary information from patient’s to adequately follow up Document important patient information for future reference Collect and record patient feedback and information, and share that with appropriate departments and team members All other duties as assigned Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic excel, word and Outlook knowledge preferred Language fluency in Spanish or French a plus Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive and service-oriented attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment Basic computer skills and an excellent phone disposition Willingness to work independently or as part of a team Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance This position will require travel - up to 0% Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements.
