You will develop, service, and manage a territory of Commercial Laundry accounts to provide timely and cost-effective textile care solutions. The position will strive to understand customer operations, identify challenges and, devise appropriate solutions to meet customer needs. With a focus on developing partnerships and exceptional relationships, the Territory Manager will provide prompt, reliable and personalized service. What You Will Do:
  • Develop strategic work plans for completing sales and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers
  • Partner with plant managers and other key personnel to understand their operations and laundry challenges
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab's innovative laundry products and chemicals, processes & programs to increase your customers operating efficiencies
  • Cultivate long-term relationships that will lead to increased sales
  • Provide extensive hands-on product and solution training
  • Leverage your technical aptitude as you troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems


Position Details:
  • This position is based in Boston, MA
  • 80% o vernight t ravel r equired during the first year
  • 20% overnight travel required after year one
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years outside technical sales and service experience
  • Position requires a current and valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
  • Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this position
Physical Requirements:
  • Drive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation


Preferred Qualifications
  • College Diploma or University Degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, chemistry, or science is preferred
  • E ducation or experience in electrical, mechanical or plumbing field .
  • Ability to work independently and set own schedule.
