Position Description:

LCG, Inc. is looking for a Meeting Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for logistics affiliated with federal review activities and will perform general administrative project support functions for and with the Sr. Grant Review Manager. They will work directly with the assigned Manager to help achieve project goals through all project phases, including concept, development, implementation, and closeout. The ideal candidate will have meeting/logistics expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Serve as point of contact for specified projects under the supervision of the Sr. Grant Review Manager.
•Collaborate and communicate with project stakeholders.
•Engage and manage stakeholders (federal staff, applicants, and subject matter experts (SMEs) communications.
•Work independently to support panel review activities, including planning the applicant interview process with federal stakeholders.
•Plan and provide logistical support for potential grantee interviews with federal stakeholders, considering various formats such as telephone or video conference.
•Develop and maintain complex, competing project timelines, gather and track data, and execute high-quality deliverables in a timely manner.
•Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and identify mitigating strategies.
•The candidate must have meeting planning/logistics experience.

•5+ years of customer service and administrative experience
•Excellent oral & written communication skills
•Outstanding customer service skills
•Strong attention to detail and follow-through
•Must be able to work on multiple projects/priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
•Strong data analysis skills
•Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS SharePoint)
•Familiar with the meeting collaboration platforms MS Teams, Zoom, GoTo Meeting, etc.
•Preferred bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related discipline
•Preferred knowledge of the federal grant review process.

Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
