Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of conference materials, including agendas, briefing documents, presentations, and travel arrangements.
  • Compile post-event reports detailing summaries, key insights, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage event timelines to ensure all client requirements are met.
  • Oversee the technical components of all events.
  • Facilitate the registration process and maintain registration records.
  • Research, coordinate, and liaise with vendors.
  • Draft comprehensive meeting minutes and summaries, along with post-event reports.
  • Analyze data collected during events to derive actionable insights.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in managing event platform software (e.g., Zoom, Cvent).
  • Willingness to report to the headquarters or client sites as necessary.
  • Experience in coordinating both small and large-scale events.
  • Ability to design and prepare meeting materials, including agendas and run-of-shows.
  • Skilled in creating and adhering to event task lists.
  • Capable of producing high-quality, client-ready materials.
  • Experience in managing speaker communications and logistics.
  • Proficient in setting up and executing virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in vendor research and selection.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail.
  • Ability to think critically and manage time effectively.
