In this role, this individual will have the displayed ability to anticipate business opportunities, partner closely with SCO & Sustainability leadership, and capture Supply Chain organizational insights to influence Business, People, and Talent strategies. Additionally, this individual will drive alignment across Supply Chain Operations and Sustainability to ensure consistent teammate experiences, allowing for localization where needed (specifically where Supply Chain Operations employees are located across various geographic regions). The business HR leader will operate at a unique intersection of strategy, organization, and talent, providing the nuanced HR leadership and consultation required to elevate support to the business and the teammate experience. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You'll collaborate closely with the Supply Chain functional executives within Supply Chain Operations, Sustainability, Supply Chain BHR teams, COEs, and People Solutions to shape and implement functional HR People and Talent (pipeline) strategies for Supply Chain Operations & Sustainability. You will report to the VP, HR - Global Supply Chain. WHAT YOU BRING

Typically requires an Advanced degree and a minimum of 15 years of directly relevant experience; experience should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert. Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 8 yrs; Masters + 9 yrs; Associates degree + 11 yrs; High School + 12 yrs. 8+ years' experience across all core consultative and administrative areas of HR, including Organizational Capability and Planning, Talent Management, Compensation, and Total Rewards and Infrastructure. Experience working in a global environment across multiple brands. Proven & significant experience in building a people strategy while leading and driving transformational change across a large enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience creating a strategic workforce plan that addresses current & future talent needs. Strong communication and facilitation skills across all levels. Ability to develop clear, actionable steps supporting an overall business strategy. Ability to influence senior executive leaders to drive an integrated talent agenda.
