Product Integrity’s role is to help identify product issues, facilitate conversations with cross-functional partners to align on a go-forward gameplan, and return sellable products back into inventory. Our goal is to prevent inventory from being sold or released to the market that does not meet Client’s quality standards.


Position: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 6+ months with possible extension

Pay rate: $28.00-30.00/hr on w2


JOB SUMMARY:


Key job responsibilities (Duties):

  • Identify process improvement opportunities or new solutions and drive cross functional projects to implement enhancements.
  • Understand, evaluate, and consult on business problems to implement solutions that speed up decision enablement and drive productivity and profitability.
  • Craft and deliver the NA MPO weekly newsletter (affectionately known as the Rhythm of the Marketplace) to share important business updates, news, calendar events, and resources with the entire NA MPO Organization.
  • Update and maintain the NA MPO Portal, a website that acts as the one stop shop for tools, resources, calendars, dashboards, and more for the NA MPO team.
  • Provide clear and concise communications around updates to drive investigations forward.
  • Ensure quality, timely relevant information is in place to ensure clarity and visibility for internal partners.
  • Amplify the sharing of best practices and leverage those learnings to increase the overall impact to the business.
  • Develop and maintain close collaboration with key partners across the Client matrix (Process Lead network,
  • Business Analysts, Transportation, NMP, Client Direct, Seasonal Readiness).

Requirements:

  • Digital literacy: MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and partners to drive a best-in-class customer service
  • Innovative mentality in a very volatile and fast-growing market and proven track record in leading and delivering process improvement
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Team spirit where you will be sharing experiences and responsibilities.

Nice to have:

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience

Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance, or related experience preferred
