WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Marketplace Operations (MPO) Specialist II. As a Specialist II on the Inventory Placement MPO team, you will be the Marketplace Operational business owner focusing on end-to-end planning and strategy for delivering store product from factory to Distribution Center. As an Omnichannel business owner, you will align with our cross-functional partners to help deliver an on-time floor set to stores season over season.

Top activities in this role include inventory planning and monitoring to ensure product is received into the DCs to kick-off, support and land the season. You will support network health through the recommendation, execution and monitoring of product movement between nodes to serve marketplace demands. You will learn how to drive omnichannel operational excellence by analyzing data for upcoming seasons and make recommendations to ensure we will land the best possible outcome for how inbound product is tracking.

The best candidate for this role will be a high performing business owner, develop relationships cross-functionally, good communicator, attention detail, question the status quo with intent for process improvement, and experience with excel & SAP.

Being in this position, you will gain more visibility and understanding to the overall factory to DC network and increase both your supply chain and stores acumen. You will work with Transportation (first, middle and last mile), IFP, Allocation and LBA partners to gain a better understanding of how product is purchase, moved and prioritized through the pipeline to stores.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

This role reports to the manager for MPO Stores Fulfillment focusing on Inventory Planning. This role interacts closely with partners in the Transportation, IFP, Allocation and LBA teams to help influence store priorities.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

E2E alignment with the end goal to deliver an on-time floor set for stores season over season.Track, report, and communicate delivery performance (supply coverage) and recommend solutions to cross-functional business partners to mitigate delays.Own and drive impactful insights including identifying continuous process improvement opportunities with focus on the future state of our business.Participate in discussions with business leaders across multiple functions to understand priorities and communicate regular status updates.Build, maintain, and elevate a decision-making model that will enable the MPO team to make better operational, tactical, and strategic decisions with regards to consumer value and profitability
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education, experience and training3 years minimum of marketplace operations or relevant experiencePerformance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance or related experience preferred.Curious about processes and improvements "There Is No Finish Line"Business Ownership mindset with the ability to establish decisions rooted in ROI analysisSupply Chain and Retail Knowledge preferred
