In collaboration with technical product management, engineering teams, fellow architects, and business stakeholders, you will develop modern, resilient solutions that align with business goals. These solutions will be designed to be extensible, operationally efficient, cost-effective, and consistent with architectural best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for identifying and documenting avenues for improvement and efficiency. You will thrive in a culture of continuous learning and provide a strategic edge through innovative solutions, effective storytelling, and fostering collaborative partnerships.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a technology-focused role
  • At least 3 years in technology architecture or engineering leadership, guiding design initiatives across technical and business domains
  • Experience with enterprise-level applications that support essential supply chain functions, including Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management
  • Proven expertise in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with experience in designing and developing services, APIs, and applications using modern programming languages such as C#, Java, or NodeJS
  • Exceptional ability to create engaging solution design presentations that encompass enterprise-scale vendor applications and cloud-based solutions
  • Familiarity with leading cloud architectures in AWS or Microsoft Azure
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills demonstrated through teamwork, facilitation, and effective communication with stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to excel in virtual, international, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in leading discussions with diverse stakeholders, including building consensus and defining key decisions
  • A commitment to data-driven decision-making, supported by strong analytical skills and market analysis capabilities
