Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements or innovative solutions and lead cross-departmental projects to implement enhancements.
- Analyze, assess, and advise on business challenges to develop solutions that expedite decision-making and enhance productivity and profitability.
- Provide clear and concise communication to facilitate investigations.
- Ensure that quality, timely, and relevant information is accessible for internal stakeholders.
- Promote the sharing of best practices and leverage insights to maximize overall business impact.
- Cultivate and maintain strong collaboration with key partners across the company matrix (Process Lead network, Business Analysts, Transportation, NMP, company Direct, Seasonal Readiness).
Required Skills:
- Experience in Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Innovative mindset in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market with a demonstrated history of leading and executing process improvements.
- Capacity to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
- Team-oriented with a readiness to share knowledge and responsibilities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, with 3-5 years preferred.
